Chemical indicators

Sterilization process indicators are selfadhesive labels to distinguish treated products from untreated products. They are mainly used in the sterilization of medical and pharmaceutical products, packaging materials and for cross-linking of polymers and decontamination of herbs and spices. The available productline can be used in the following sterilization processes:

• Gamma and E-beam
• Ethylene Oxide
• Steam

The indicators can be supplied as single dots or squares but also printed or applied to larger labels preprinted or personalized with text or company logo.

Biological indicators

Biological indicators are used to monitor most common sterilization processes.  The product line can be used in the following sterilization processes:

• Steam
• Gas & dry heat
• Radiation

The indicators can be supplied as strips, suspensions or selfcontained.
Incubation time depends on the type, strips and suspensions need to be incubated 7 days, selfcontained BI's 24/48 hour, for steam a rapid 10 hour incubator is available.
